Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize our ecommerce and digital platforms for assigned sports properties. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations, enhancing the customer experience, and leveraging data and systems to drive sales performance.
TOP PRIORITIES
- Ecommerce Management: Own and oversee ecommerce stores for assigned sports properties, including data management, setup, merchandising, customer experience, and reporting & analytics.
- Team Support and Collaboration: Support business divisions and property-specific teams in maximizing sales and management features of digital platforms.
- Data Integrity and Technical Support: Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless system connections.
- Web & Ecommerce Store Setup and Management
- Own the setup of ecommerce stores, events, items, and products.
- Create, manage, and maintain dynamic online maps for events.
- Assist with website maintenance and content updates for assigned properties.
- Product & Service Merchandising
- Own merchandising on the website and ecommerce platform, including high-quality photos and product descriptions.
- Collaborate with property-specific teams and leaders to source necessary information and provide ongoing administrative management and monitoring of inventory levels.
- System Connectivity & Troubleshooting
- Ensure seamless connectivity and syncing with ERP and other necessary systems, working closely with customer data, technology, and finance teams.
- Conduct weekly reviews of data and error logs to resolve issues (e.g., order sync issues), including regular meetings with cross-functional teams to identify and correct problems promptly.
- Functionality and Compliance
- Configure platform functionality and appropriate user permissions, enforcing guidelines and monitoring adherence.
- Manage complex selling features such as secret shops and bulk reservations on behalf of teams to deploy for sales efforts.
- Sales & Training Support
- Collaborate closely with local teams and regional leadership to define sales objectives and leverage platform features to enhance sales and efficiency.
- Review orders to identify upsell opportunities.
- Serve as the expert on the ecommerce system, providing platform and sales training to team members.
- Customer & Client Support
- Provide technical customer service to customers, handling inbound calls and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of digital client communications.
- General Technology & Systems Support
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, digital operations, or a similar role.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in ecommerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and data analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their integration with ecommerce platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
