Apex Systems is hiring a Project Coordinator to support a high-impact Medicaid PMO initiative. This is a remote-first role with minimal travel (up to 25%, though travel has not been required to date). If travel is needed, all expenses will be reimbursed.

What You’ll Do
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Assist in delivering Medicaid-related IT initiatives
- Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) – PMI Certified
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
- 2–3 years of experience in a State Medicaid Agency PMO
- Experience with DDI (Design, Development, and Implementation) projects
- Ability to work Central Time Zone hours
- Interview Process: 2 rounds
- Project Duration: Ongoing (in-flight project)
- Compensation: Competitive (details to be confirmed)
