- Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market opportunities in the professional cleaning and public space maintenance sector.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis specific to professional cleaning equipment and public space maintenance to identify unmet needs and opportunities for new products or enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market adoption.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, regularly reporting on product performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all product decisions.
- Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and make difficult trade-off decisions to optimize resource allocation and achieve strategic objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to continuously evolve our product development processes, specifically within the professional cleaning and public space maintenance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing product teams, ideally within the professional cleaning equipment or public space maintenance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software.
