The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
- Demonstrates proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients.
- Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
- Evaluates learning needs and educates patients and families.
- Leads self, others, or leaders, aligning with ANA standards.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), 1 year of relevant experience, RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
- Attends orientation, completes competency validations, and obtains required certifications within designated timeframes.
- Work hours are from 7AM to 7PM, full-time position.
