The experienced Nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations.
- Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocols while monitoring effects.
- Documents care and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
- Meets competency standards, including new hire onboarding and annual validation.
- Preferred candidates have 1+ year of related experience, BLS certification, and certifications like NRP and STABLE.
- Required licenses include RN licensure in the state or compact.
- Work schedule is 7AM-7PM, full-time.
