The CT Technologist performs routine and advanced imaging procedures, supports team members, and ensures efficient patient flow.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and locations as needed.
- Troubleshoots equipment issues, participates in QA, and stays current with technical and safety updates.
- Adheres to imaging standards and organizational values.
- Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and patient-centered care, adapting to diverse patient needs.
- Ensures proper image storage and follows downtime procedures.
- Supports staff development and promotes physician satisfaction.
- Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiology program, basic computer skills, and certification in Radiography or Nuclear Medicine; CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
- State licensure and BLS certification are mandatory.
- Work schedule varies; full-time position.
