RN, Registered Nurse - ICU/MICU

The Nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating situational awareness and managing contingencies.

• Responsibilities include adhering to professional standards, utilizing the nursing process, addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
  
  

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience (or new graduate with appropriate onboarding), valid RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification within 30 days.

• Additional certifications may be required based on role, with specified grace periods for attainment.
• The position involves night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), full-time employment, with orientation and competency validations provided upon hire.
