As a Financial Analyst at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering high-impact financial analysis and insights. This position requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional Excel and modeling skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You’ll contribute directly to our business performance by providing financial clarity and guiding operational efficiency across our development projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and project leaders, ensuring financial plans are accurate, actionable, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ.

What You’ll Do

• Build financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
• Prepare monthly financial results comparing results to forecasts and prior periods
• Assist in the due diligence and analysis of real estate acquisitions
• Capital expenditure tracking, reporting, and forecasting
• Support monthly financial close and ensure monthly results are recorded accurately and timely
• Investigate anomalies in financial results
• Present analysis, findings, and conclusions to various groups and management levels in the organization
• Design and execute solutions to automate and improve processes
• Provide support for other FP&A initiatives
• Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Who You Are

• 2+ years in an accounting or financial analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate or similar discipline.
• Experience in Real Estate underwriting or valuation analysis preferred.
• Any combination of relevant education and/or experience demonstrating proficiency in the essential functions of the role
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret and summarize various types of real estate documents, including leases, contracts and financial statements preferred
• Proficient in Excel for financial analysis, modeling and data manipulation
• Eligible to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

Below is the expected base salary range for this position. This is a good-faith estimate, and offers will be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and interview performance.
