Project Assistant

Innovenn, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support a variety of scientific and technical projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about research, data analysis, and quality documentation in the fields of medical device and drug development, and human factors testing.
What You’ll Do
- Support development and documentation of new and existing products
- Conduct literature reviews and analyze data for internal and client projects
- Prepare presentation materials and attend meetings to document key action items
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation and training files
- Support Human Factors and Clinical Validation studies including participant recruitment, logistics, and data collection
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts, including audits and vendor qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a health, science or engineering related field
- 2+ years of professional business experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
