Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from initiation through completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resourcing
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct regular site visits (travel up to 50%) to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Review blueprints, schematics, and documentation to ensure design intent and feasibility
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Supervise trade contractors remotely and in person, ensuring quality and accountability
• Assist on-site construction team when needed; hands-on involvement is encouraged
• Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractor relationships
• Track budgets, control project costs, and submit timely progress reports
• Utilize project management software (Procore or similar platforms preferred)
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in a construction project management role, with commercial remodeling focus
• Trade experience or deep understanding of trades highly preferred
• Proficient in blueprint reading and construction documentation
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage stress and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
• Non-smoking environment adherence

Work Schedule
