The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products meet company and regulatory
quality standards before they reach the customer. This role includes inspecting materials, monitoring
production processes, identifying defects, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements of incoming materials, in-process items,
- Perform tests using standard procedures, equipment, and tools to identify deviations
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of testing, observations, and
- Communicate non-conformities to appropriate departments and support root cause
- Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and
- Collaborate with production teams to promote continuous quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- May require standing or walking for extended periods during inspections.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments, including noise, dust, and varying temperatures
