Our client, a local managed service provider, is growing their Support team. They've built a strong reputation in the Fort Worth/Dallas area by delivering reliable IT solutions to a diverse client base—including enterprise companies, oil and gas firms, and small to mid-sized businesses.

They’re looking for a Tier 1 Support Engineer with strong Windows experience. The role includes user account setup, troubleshooting, provisioning equipment, and installing hardware/software. Must be familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365/M365, and Exchange. Strong communication and a professional demeanor are essential for this client-facing role.

This is a 3–6 month contract-to-hire role, paying $17–20/hr during the contract period. If converted to full-time, the salary will be $37–40K with potential bonus. The position is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, at their Fort Worth headquarters.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0–2 years in a technical support role
  • Strong Tier 1 troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft/Windows environments
  • Familiar with:
    • Active Directory
    • Group Policy
    • Office 365 / Microsoft 365
    • Outlook
  • Experience with remote desktop support
  • Basic networking knowledge is a plus
Offer Details

  • 3–6 month contract-to-hire
  • $17–20/hr during contract + potential for overtime
  • $37–40K salary upon conversion + possible year-end bonus
