About the Role:As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more of our apartment communities. Many of our communities are ideal for junior to mid-level managers ready to shine, particularly our smaller properties ranging from 80 to 150 units. You’ll play a hands-on role in resident relations, leasing, financial performance, and leading your team with a commitment to excellence and legendary customer service.

About the Role:As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more of our apartment communities. You’ll play a hands-on role in resident relations, leasing, financial performance, and leading your team with a commitment to excellence and legendary customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Property Operations
- Manage leasing, maintenance, and resident services with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ensure smooth daily operations, whether at a single-site 80-unit property or managing a small portfolio
- Conduct regular inspections and enforce property standards
- Support maintenance planning, including preventative and emergency repairs
- Resident Relations
- Be the friendly, dependable point of contact for all resident needs
- Respond quickly to inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Promote resident retention through community-building and exceptional service
- Financial Management
- Support or manage property budgets and financial goals
- Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquencies
- Look for ways to reduce costs and maximize community revenue
- Accountability & Leadership
- Lead your onsite team with integrity and purpose
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
- Set clear expectations and model high standards
- Legendary Customer Service
- Elevate the resident experience by leading with empathy and enthusiasm

- Represent The Neiders Company brand with pride and professionalism
- 1–3+ years of property management or related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to grow within the property management field
- Tech-savvy with property management software experience a plus
- Understanding of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws a bonus
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or certifications are a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
