About The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the boots on the ground making clean energy happen. You’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge solar systems—panels, inverters, and all the components that keep our customers powered. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role for someone who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.

About The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the boots on the ground making clean energy happen. You’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge solar systems—panels, inverters, and all the components that keep our customers powered. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role for someone who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct routine checks, cleanings, and system tests.
- Catch issues before they cause system downtime.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Use diagnostic tools and software to get to the root of system faults.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement smart solutions.
- Repair & Replacement
- Swap out damaged components safely and accurately.
- Work with inverters, wiring, connectors, and racking hardware.
- System Testing & Commissioning
- Run functional tests and commissioning for new and repaired systems.
- Document results, identify improvements, and recommend upgrades.
- Customer Communication
- Respond to service calls with professionalism and clarity.
- Explain procedures and solutions in terms that make sense to our clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in solar installation, maintenance, or service.
- Electrical license or certification preferred.
- Experience with both AC and DC systems.
- Skilled with hand tools, diagnostic devices, and problem-solving on the fly.
- Self-starter with a team-first mindset.
