Axos is seeking a Conversion Specialist which is a critical customer-facing role as the primary contact for new clients and coordinates the seamless conversion of outside accounts and assets. Ensure all assets are converted in a timely manner, while training new clients on proprietary platform and operations. You will troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise in the relationship, working in collaboration with all levels of employees.

Axos is seeking a Conversion Specialist which is a critical customer-facing role as the primary contact for new clients and coordinates the seamless conversion of outside accounts and assets. You will troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise in the relationship, working in collaboration with all levels of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all operational functions supporting new business, including, but not limited to, establishing new RIA firm records on AAS’s host system, manipulating data files for account creation, populating forms necessary for new account establishment and custodial transfers, managing statements, and processing fee calculations and collections
- Provides advanced training and orientation for new RIAs on processes and systems via video conferencing and/or on-site
- Serves as an effective advocate for new RIAs as well as coordinates efforts among multiple departments to ensure prompt and consistent delivery of excellent customer service and support
- Investigates, escalates, and documents issues that threaten successful and timely conversion efforts
- Tracks the status of each new client relationship throughout the conversion process and provides feedback to management
- Cultivates strong relationships with RIAs, while problem solving and resolving any issues that arise
- Serves as a subject matter expert for the rollout and implementation of functionality with particular emphasis on external features, while monitoring ongoing effectiveness and adoption
- High school diploma is a must and Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3+ years' in financial services
- Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize customer needs and administrative duties
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet strict deadlines
- Possess strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Effectively communicate with different levels of the company and work in a team environment
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and must have the ability to persuade others as an effective client advocate
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure, especially during demonstrations and on-site client training
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills via telephone and e-mail
- Must be able to utilize video conferencing and other demonstration tools
