The HR Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.

The HR Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans
- Fill critical positions across teams with high performers, in a timely fashion
- Identify sourcing messages and techniques to identify the optimal recruiting strategy for each role
- Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing processes
- Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is performed in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone/virtual screenings
- Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing approach by role
- Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Continuously research the hiring market and recruiting industry trends
- Drive a positive candidate experience
- Performing reference checks, as needed
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies
- Skills in the art of negotiation, and comfort managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
