- Possesses current knowledge of patient care, effective communication skills, and respects patients' rights.
- Reports to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
- Works in a clean, ventilated environment, exposed to infectious risks, with flexible hours and potential emergencies.
- Requires physical stamina for patient handling, standing, walking, and fine motor skills. Must handle stressful situations and adapt to schedule changes.
