Administrative Supervisor (RN) Nursing Administration/Per-Diem

Seeking a Registered Nurse with an Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and a current valid NM or compact RN License. BLS certification is required, and ACLS must be obtained within six months of hire or transfer through the American Heart Association.

• Minimum six months management experience or five years acute care clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple patient care activities.
• Responsible to the Manager, Nursing Office, with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases. Requires working irregular hours and adapting to unpredictable situations.
• Physical requirements include handling emergencies, prolonged standing, good body mechanics, manual dexterity, and normal hearing and vision.
