RN, Registered Nurse - Neonatal ICU - Full Time

Summary: A competent Nurse in a similar clinical setting practices independently, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

• Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and makes appropriate assignments and delegations.
• Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care and patient history.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
  
  

Job Requirements include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related nursing experience, and current RN license and certifications (BLS, NRP, STABLE).

All new hires must complete orientation and competency validations within specified timeframes. Experience in perinatal settings and specific certifications are preferred.

Work schedule is a 12-hour night shift from 6PM to 6AM, full-time.
