Offered Wage: $152,734.92/year
Duties: Accountable for cross-functional responsibilities supporting the company's Group Benefit Solutions (GBS) Product Management function. Partner with GBS operational teams, key stakeholders, and experience owners to define overall product vision through epics, features, and user stories. Define acceptance criteria and participate in various SAFe Agile ceremonies for product delivery and acceptance. Participate with the Agile Release Train (ART) and partner closely with experience owners, product managers, Release Train Engineers (RTE), scrum masters, and system test leads to define overall ART delivery, including identifying key dependencies and prioritizing epics, features, and user stories for optimum release sequence and value realization. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the internal scrum team and across the ART. Prioritize and execute user stories within each sprint based on optimum sequence. Partner with the scrum master and other ART team members on a regular basis to ensure assigned features are fully executed within the prescribed program increment. Plan and execute required product owner activities, including PI planning, grooming, and demonstrations. Prioritize work for delivery teams based on business value and stakeholder engagement. Manage user stories, including accurate story descriptions and acceptance criteria. Participate in ART activities such as PO Sync and PI planning and escalate risks as needed. Drive delivery by providing clarifications and solutions by partnering with stakeholders, software implementers, business SMEs, and capture all decisions. Ensure proper user stories are assigned to the scrum team. Work across multiple business units, including product, architecture, and delivery teams to maintain scope and schedule changes
Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 7 years of experience as a Corporate Vice President, Senior Consultant, or related occupation performing product management, Agile software delivery, defining features and user stories, including identifying key dependencies and the optimal release sequence to generate the largest business case value realization. Or alternatively, a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 5 years of experience as a Corporate Vice President, Senior Consultant, or related occupation performing product management, Agile software delivery, defining features and user stories, including identifying key dependencies and the optimal release sequence to generate the largest business case value realization. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section) - Experience must include: Deconstructing Agile initiatives and epics into a complete and prioritized set of features and user stories; Driving and leading the software delivery process by partnering with stakeholders, software implementers, business experts and other technology teams to resolve issues; Writing complex SQL queries and performing data analytics and system analysis; Creating technical documentation such as system flow diagrams, feature documents, and data lineage; Utilizing both the technical (Java, .Net code, AWS) and business language to analyze software systems; and Utilizing various tools (Visio, Tableau, Confluence, Jira) to produce comprehensible deliverables

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
