Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all aspects of registration and billing of clients of the Children s Mobile Response program, problem solving billing issues as they arise, preparing financial reports , maintain adequate inventory of supplies, prepares purchase orders through RWJ software system, responsible for payroll using the ADP system, maintains statistical data for the program as needed , responsible for learning and completing Presumptive Eligibility applications, which is the first step to families getting NJFAMILY CARE, assist coordinator and director with assignments as needed. Experience with EPIC electronic medical record software is strongly preferred, bilingual Spanish preferred but not necessary. excellent communication skills needed, team player and strong willingness to learn and complete work assignments in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate Degree , will consider High School Diploma with strong experience
- 3 years minimum of experience in medical billing and registration
- Strong skill set in all aspects of medical billing and resolving billing issues as they arise
- Experience with EPIC Software, strongly preferred
- Experience with ADP payroll system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft / Outlook/Computer Literacy
- Able to speak Spanish, helpful but not required
- Shift working, 8:00am 4:00pm
- Monday through Friday
- Full Time/ Day
- Key responsibilities first and move down by importance
- timely registration and completion of client billing and registration, resolve billing issues as they arise
- Working knowledge of EPIC
- Ordering supplies via RWJ Software
- Payroll Management via ADP
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist Program Director and Coordinator as needed
- Compiling demographic and program data
- Responsible for office management including overseeing team member s request for supplies, cell phones and IT equipment
- Completion of Presumptive Eligibility applications, which is the first step to family s getting NJ Family Care
