Responsible for assessing patients, developing and updating care plans, and delivering quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
- Provides supervision and guidance to LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff, possibly serving as charge nurse.
- Implements and evaluates patient care, prioritizing based on acuity, and documents procedures accurately.
- Performs patient education, assesses learning needs, and acts as a role model and preceptor for team members and students.
- Ensures effective communication within the care team, maintains confidentiality, and reports patient conditions precisely.
- Holds a BSN preferred, with 6 months to 1 year of RN or GN permit experience.
- Must have BLS, RN license, and graduate nurse permit.
- Work schedule is TBD; position is full-time.
