Outpatient Primary Care opportunity in Athens, GA, near the University of Georgia, with a large expanding group serving Medicare patients for over a decade.
- Full-time, outpatient-only position with M-F, 9am-5pm schedule, offering over $200,000 salary plus benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible schedule.
- Reports to the Medical Director, providing patient education, referrals, medical judgments, prescribing treatments, ordering tests, documenting care, and ensuring follow-up.
- Participates in quality improvement, collaborates with staff, manages patient records, and communicates effectively with diverse populations.
- Requires degree in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, Georgia license, board certification or eligibility, DEA/DPS certification, and at least 2 years of outpatient experience. Knowledge of coding and managed care preferred.
