This posting is hiring for two unique roles. One position will be highly focused employee new hire and ongoing process training. This role will be responsible for the development of training materials, leading and managing training classes and trainees. In addition, this position will assist with onboarding activities for new hires. The second role will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to business partners, departments, divisions, or enterprise areas and providing end-to-end support for all activities related to credentialing data and/or system management and reporting. Additionally, this role will be responsible for ensuring operational workflows remain efficient and compliant with internal and external standards as well as report monitoring and development, and data mining activities.
Job Requirements
Compensation: $40,900.00 - $91,000.00

Job Requirements
- Bachelor and 2 years of business, training or project management experience
- Experience in the development of training materials.
- Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.
- Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel including overnight stays.
- Project coordination or administrative experience in a healthcare,
- Procedure development/documentation
- Experience supporting or managing staff training programs or
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, and
- Knowledge and/or experience using Power BI and other development tools
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, track timelines, and collaborate across departments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Compensation: $40,900.00 - $91,000.00
