• Provide therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist according to the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Assist in implementing vocational, educational, and community reintegration programs to promote health and self-sufficiency.
• Design or adapt equipment and environment, fabricate devices to enhance function.
• Deliver therapeutic treatments, instruct patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment use.
• Document patient progress, report observations, and participate in care coordination and discharge planning.
• Maintain current licensure, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
  
  

Pay ranges from $37.00-$52.00 per visit and $58,400-$80,000 annually. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k), and more.
