Job Overview

Lowry Heating and Cooling is looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you will service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you are motivated, professional, and can independently handle repairs with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service recommendations and repairs
• Document service and repair work using digital tools (tablet/smartphone provided)
• Maintain clean, organized service vehicle and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend service calls as needed
• Other related duties as assigned by management
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, professional, with good attendance and reliability
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required

Work Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends/on-call rotation

• Remote field-based - reporting to various customer locations within the service area
• Company-provided vehicle for transportation between job sites
