The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$146,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience with US GAAP in a public accounting or multinational company setting.
- Experience with benefit (ASC 715) and compensation (ASC 710) accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Knowledge in spreadsheet software such as google sheets.
- Ability to have attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with executive management.

Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close activities including journal and balance sheet reconciliation review, and prepare and present analysis of month-end results to management.
- Identify opportunities to centralize, eliminate, automate or outsource activities.
- Establish processes to support different compensation and benefit plans.
- Manage, establish, implement global processes for the accounting of new initiatives, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Prepare for, and assist with internal and external audits. Document processes, ensure performance of controls, and obtain/provide support as necessary.
