Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy to promote StoneBridge School
- Manage all social media channels and create engaging content to increase our online presence
- Create and distribute newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials to keep our community informed and updated
- Collaborate with the admissions team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, target audiences, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Plan and execute events, both on and off-campus, to showcase our school and attract potential students and their families
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage relationships with media outlets and pitch stories to secure coverage for the school
- Maintain and update the school's website with current and relevant information
- Assist with crisis communications and manage any negative publicity that may arise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for marketing purposes
- Experienced in creating compelling visual and written content
- Proficient in market research and data analysis
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the private school market is a plus
- Passion for education and serving the community
