About The Role

We’re seeking a Remote HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support the expansion of our long-standing global personal development company. In this role, you’ll use your natural communication and coordination strengths to engage with warm candidates, guide them through discovery and onboarding, and ensure a positive, high-touch experience — all from the comfort of your home or perhaps a holiday Villa!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from warm leads interested in our programs
  • Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts provided)
  • Guide prospective clients through the information and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication using CRM systems
  • Coordinate schedules, update client profiles, and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Create or post job and marketing content (templates + training provided)
  • Use tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and online scheduling platforms
  • Participate in your own personal development journey alongside the community

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, or talent coordination
  • Confidence in phone/video-based interviewing and screening conversations
  • A warm, people-first communication style — both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and follow through
  • Interest in personal growth and purpose-driven work
  • Familiarity with digital tools like CRM software, Zoom, or Google Workspace
  • Bonus: Experience with social media or basic content tools (training provided)
