Production Worker

Milgard Windows and Doors, part of MITER Brands, is a leading company in the window and door manufacturing industry. We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Assemblers on Swing Shift. As a Production Worker on Swing Shift, you will be responsible for assembling window and door components according to specifications, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety standards. This role involves working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

You will work Swing Shift: Monday through Friday, starting at 4:00 p.m. The hourly compensation starts at $21.50, plus $3.00 shift differential for working the swing shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble window and door components following detailed specifications and instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screw guns) to cut, fasten, and assemble parts.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints (training provided).
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints (training provided).
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
