CMI Media Group, a leading healthcare-focused media planning and buying agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analyst, Programmatic to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing programmatic advertising strategies for our diverse portfolio of healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end programmatic campaign execution, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis across various DSPs and platforms.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Audience Segmentation: Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and reach specific healthcare audiences.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest programmatic advertising trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure CMI Media Group remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including media planning, analytics, and creative, to ensure seamless integration of programmatic strategies with overall media plans.
Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for programmatic-related inquiries, providing regular updates, insights, and performance reports to clients.
Qualifications:
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications. Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in using DSPs, ad exchanges, and other programmatic platforms. Trade Desk experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
