This role supports the facility’s marketing and referral initiatives by assisting with outreach, promoting services, and ensuring a positive community presence. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting census growth and maintaining a strong local reputation for quality care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Building Relationships & Community Outreach
- Assist in cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals to support referrals.
- Serve as a liaison between the facility and referral sources, ensuring clear communication about services and resident needs.
- Participate in local events, health fairs, and other community activities to increase visibility and promote goodwill.
- Marketing & Admissions Support
- Assist in executing marketing plans and campaigns to promote services offered by the facility.
- Maintain marketing materials and coordinate their distribution in both digital and physical formats.
- Support online presence efforts, including website updates and social media activity.
- Track and report data related to admissions referrals, campaign outcomes, and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to support tours, inquiries, and customer service follow-up.
- Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Basic understanding of long-term care services (skilled nursing, rehab, memory care, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools, including social media and community outreach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Must be comfortable working on-site at our Cheyenne facility, this is not a remote position.
