Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple brands (content creation, messaging, scheduling, engagement, and analytics)
- Design marketing assets including digital graphics, signage, flyers, and email campaigns
- Optimize and manage Google Business profiles, Meta Business Suites, and support website updates and SEO
- Launch and monitor basic paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms
- Assist with email-based follow-up to leads and inquiries (no direct sales responsibilities)
- Track engagement metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve results
- Represent brands at community events, school visits, marketing tables, and other outreach efforts
- Coordinate and staff flyer tables and promotional activities at schools and partner locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and local organizations
- Visit partner schools to ensure program quality throughout the seasons for Soccer Shots
- Assist with sponsorship outreach, proposal development, and follow-up communications
- Coach weekly Soccer Shots sessions at preschools, child care centers, and community parks
- Deliver an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum focused on character development and soccer fundamentals
- Communicate professionally with families and school directors
- Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all children
- Represent Soccer Shots with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, lead tracking, and reporting
- Follow up on marketing leads via email or phone (no cold calling or sales pitching)
- Deliver and distribute yard signs, postcards, and other print materials across service areas
- Support development of branded sales decks, print packets, and promotional collateral
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience managing business social media accounts and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO principles
- Comfort and experience working with young children (ages 2–8 preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-focused
- Positive, energetic attitude and ability to lead a group confidently
- $150 monthly gas stipend
- 10 PTO days (available after 90 days)
