Reporting to the Director of Sales + Marketing

Position Overview

CASCADA is an award-winning urban wellness destination that blends luxury hospitality with immersive thermal spa experiences, signature treatments, and curated events. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing operations across all guest-facing verticals: hotel, spa, retail, events and retreats, executed through both digital and physical channels.

This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and understands how to convert interest into bookings, memberships, and brand affinity.

You won’t be building the brand from scratch, but you will be bringing it to life through campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for CASCADA’s hotel, spa, and retreat offerings
  • Develop seasonal promotions, packages, and activation strategies to drive bookings and guest engagement
  • Coordinate campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external teams

Performance Marketing

  • Own paid digital strategy across Meta, IG, Google, and other acquisition platforms
  • Run A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, email subject lines, and offers to improve conversion
  • Monitor and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC), ROAS, and lead-to-booking rates

Email, CRM & Retention

  • Manage automated email flows and newsletters in Klaviyo
  • Leverage segmentation and behavioral data to drive repeat visits and retention
  • Collaborate with the reservations and spa teams to align messaging and offers

On-Property & Physical Marketing

  • Coordinate signage, in-room materials, and physical brand touchpoints to support guest experience and upsell potential
  • Support launch of events, pop-ups, and special promotions on-site

Analytics & Reporting

  • Create weekly and monthly reports to track KPIs and marketing performance
  • Provide clear insights and data-backed recommendations to leadership
  • Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and optimize spend allocation

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably in hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer services
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CRM and email tools like Klaviyo or similar
  • Experience measuring and optimizing CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Creative, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable in a growing, entrepreneurial environment with a high bar for quality
  • Ability to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, occasional weekends and holidays
  • Any other duties as assigned

Preferred

  • Experience marketing a hotel, resort, or spa
  • Familiarity with Shopify, spa booking systems, and PMS integrations
  • Portland-based
