Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, with expertise in digital marketing, social media, public relations, and event promotions.


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Digital Marketing:


  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive bookings.
  • Manage website content, SEO strategies, and digital advertising campaigns to optimize online presence.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to improve results.


Social Media & Content Creation:


  • Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling content, including photos, videos, and blog articles, to showcase the hotel’s unique experiences.
  • Partner with influencers, bloggers, and travel writers to amplify brand reach.
  • Engage with online audiences to foster community and brand loyalty.


Public Relations & Partnerships:


  • Develop PR strategies to secure media coverage in travel, lifestyle, and hospitality publications.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and tourism boards.
  • Coordinate press visits, media events, and promotional partnerships with local businesses and brands.


Event Marketing & Promotions:


  • Plan and execute promotional events, sponsorships, and activations to enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Spa teams to market seasonal promotions and experiences.
  • Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, digital ads, and signage.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for hospitality, travel, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
