Description/Duties
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Performing general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, greeting and signing in visitors, and track corporate badging system
- Schedule and coordinate meetings & appointments for multiple departments (may involve submitting catering orders)
- Assist in the preparation and/or formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Organize and manage corporate events
- Data entry, organization of documents, and filing
- US Citizenship required
- HS Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality with sensitive information
- Willing to support on-site functions (this is not a remote position)
- Experience with various corporate software systems a plus (including CANVA, SharePoint, time keeping systems, HRIS, Unanet, etc)
- Government Contracting and proposal familiarity is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
