Position Overview
Indiana Sports Corp is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in a temporary full-time capacity through December 31, 2026. The Graphic Designer serves as a key member of the Brand & Design team at Indiana Sports Corp. They will assist with brand execution and graphic design of multiple mediums, including but not limited to brand documents and presentations, signage assistance, and production design work compliant with event owners/partners (i.e. NCAA and Big Ten Conference).
General Responsibilities (included But Not Limited To)
Indiana Sports Corp is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in a temporary full-time capacity through December 31, 2026. The Graphic Designer serves as a key member of the Brand & Design team at Indiana Sports Corp. They will assist with brand execution and graphic design of multiple mediums, including but not limited to brand documents and presentations, signage assistance, and production design work compliant with event owners/partners (i.e. NCAA and Big Ten Conference).
General Responsibilities (included But Not Limited To)
- Create digital graphics for general marketing campaigns, event marketing, email marketing, and social media promotion
- Design event signage that adheres to brand standards and style guides of Indiana Sports Corp and its partners
- Develop and maintain internal presentations, brand documents, and other necessary department needs
- Contribute to Marketing & Communications Team meetings and creative brainstorms with new ideas for storytelling and event promotion
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Coordinator on content production for Indiana Sports Corp’s social media channels.
- Compile and coordinate graphic design requests and approval from the Local Organizing Committee for the 2026 NCAA Men’s Final Four to the NCAA’s design team.
- Assist with event execution as needed
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign specifically)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook specifically)
- Ability to work in project management software
- Attention to detail, both visually and grammatically
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must maintain professional attitude and be receptive to project changes
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Experience with large-scale design such as event, outdoor, and directional signage
- Experience working with print companies and firm grasp of file preparation/color preparation
- Experience and passion for sports or live event branding and marketing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design and/or visual communications
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience
- Must submit portfolio upon request. Portfolio should show knowledge of design theory including principles such as color, typography, composition skills, logo design, artistic ability and creativity.
