What You’ll Do
- Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in partnership with our finance tools and vendors
- Provide executive assistant support to company leaders: calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and special projects
- Manage bi-annual employee reviews and gather employee feedback
- Plan and execute team events—from all-hands gatherings to offsites and internal celebrations
- Support internal communications and help drive team engagement and culture
- Jump in wherever operational support is needed to keep the business running efficiently
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
- A great communicator who’s discrete, trustworthy, and people-first
- Able to multitask across priorities and comfortable working with senior leaders
- Prior experience in operations, HR, executive support, or office management
- Excited to help build and shape the operational foundation of a growing data company
