What You’ll Do

  • Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in partnership with our finance tools and vendors
  • Provide executive assistant support to company leaders: calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and special projects
  • Manage bi-annual employee reviews and gather employee feedback
  • Plan and execute team events—from all-hands gatherings to offsites and internal celebrations
  • Support internal communications and help drive team engagement and culture
  • Jump in wherever operational support is needed to keep the business running efficiently

Who You Are

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
  • A great communicator who’s discrete, trustworthy, and people-first
  • Able to multitask across priorities and comfortable working with senior leaders
  • Prior experience in operations, HR, executive support, or office management
  • Excited to help build and shape the operational foundation of a growing data company
