The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office. This role ensures efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. This is a central point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients and plays a key role in supporting the company’s organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in an administrative or office management role.

This role ensures efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. This is a central point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients and plays a key role in supporting the company’s organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, supplies procurement, and facilities maintenance.
- Supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical personnel.
- Maintain office budget, track expenditures, and report on spending.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events; manage calendars for senior management if required.
- Oversee document management systems, filing systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Manage vendor relationships including office supplies, maintenance services, and IT support.
- Ensure office compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support onboarding of new employees and liaise with HR on administrative matters.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and schedule repairs or upgrades as needed.
- Assist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) with various tasks.
- Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in an administrative or office management role.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
