Location: Hendersonville, TN

Hours: Tuesday-Friday; 6:30 am – 5:30 pm

Compensation: $61,000 - $75,000 annually. Wage increase eligible twice annually!

Purpose & Summary: Major responsibilities are to represent the organizational goals and expectations to their team members and sharing the team member needs to management. The ITAD Operations Supervisors are responsible for the team experience including safety and engagement, and hold team members accountable to meeting production goals, quality standards, and living by our values. Supervisors prioritize removing barriers to success for their team members, and continually strive to create a better place to work. Perhaps most importantly, supervisors are responsible for furthering Dynamic's mission and culture by engaging as a servant leader.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Supervision of a work group
  • Maintain production plan and goals
  • General ITAD Support work
  • Inspire, answer questions and manage performance of team
  • Execution of development plan for team members
  • Act as a resource and support problem solving by our team members
  • Drive operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance safety and improve processes
  • Forklift operation



Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration as the ITAD Operations Supervisor, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with three to five years of supervisor experience and 5 years of lead experience. Associate's Degree in Management or related field is preferred; however, we will also consider applicants with relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Ability to drive increased quality in an operational process
  • Hand tool usage
  • Organization and planning skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize projects effectively
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Adapt in a work environment with frequent change
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to obtain a forklift license
