Job Description
Pay: $13.50/hr plus performance based bonuses!!
Location: Remote or In-Office
Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday
Overview
Our Deposit Specialists research accounts that have been assessed as a deposit. Deposits are usually assessed when a client transitions to a new management company or property owner, or missed/late payments have occurred. Once the deposit has been charged, you are responsible to get client approval and pay the deposit. You also make sure that deposits are successfully returned to the client or Conservice at the appropriate time. Come be part of a unified team dedicated to quickly resolving client issues and developing career paths.
Responsibilities
As a Deposit Specialist, you will:
Contact utility providers by phone or email to investigate deposits charged on client accounts
Coordinate with clients and account managers to make approved deposit payments
Record detailed notes on accounts to help departments and clients understand the reason for the deposit, and how and when it will be returned
Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
