Position Overview:
As a Rehab Coordinator the representative will be responsible for completing quotes for our payors, creating purchase requests, and submitting for authorization. The representative will also be responsible for ensuring pricing is entered correctly based off payer contracts and items are entered correctly into the database system.

Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction; vision sufficient to read computer screens and printed documents; and to operate assigned equipment.
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction

- Determining whether eligibility is a contracting payer
- Pricing out quotations for insurance providers.
- Creating Purchase Requests.
- Must have a strong knowledge of billing codes
- Following up on authorizations and verifying correct HCPS/Modifiers have been approved
Minimum Qualifications:
Have strong people and communication skills
- Good analytical and math abilities
- Problem Solver
- General knowledge of DME and Medical Supplies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
