As VP of Corporate Development, you’ll lead the charge on sourcing, evaluating, and integrating new partnerships with veterinary hospitals and specialty clinics nationwide. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, healthcare, and relationships.

What You’ll Own:
- Lead end-to-end M&A to acquire independent veterinary hospitals and specialty clinics —from deal sourcing through integration
- Build trusted relationships with practice owners, brokers, and industry insiders
- Partner with legal, finance, Ops, and HR to ensure seamless transitions
- Analyze opportunities, build valuation models, and guide decisions at the executive level
- Negotiate LOIs and purchase agreements that work for all sides
- Help shape the strategic direction of AmeriVet’s national growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Deep experience in healthcare or multi-site service organizations; veterinary or animal health is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills—relationship-building is key.
- Strong financial acumen and deal execution experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed to build connections and close deals.
