Description
The Executive Communications Designer sits in Acosta Group’s headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, reporting directly to the communications team and supporting executives, including the CEO, CFO, and EVP, Corporate Communications and Marketing.
Partner directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to effectively design high-stakes presentation materials for associate town halls, board meetings, client meetings, industry events, leadership summits, strategic planning, and financial communications.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to effectively design high-stakes presentation materials for board meetings, leadership offsites, town halls, strategic initiatives, and investor communications.
- Design and elevate executive-level presentations and internal collateral, with a focus on clarity, visual storytelling, and brand consistency—primarily using PowerPoint and Adobe tools.
- Support quarterly lender calls with impactfully designed and clear presentations.
- Support senior leaders and functional executives on high-priority design needs, maintaining professional communication and responsiveness.
- Translate complex business concepts into visually compelling content, tailored to high-level internal and external audiences.
- Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, balancing quick-turn tasks with longer-lead design initiatives.
- Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities with grace and efficiency.
- Maintain a high bar for polish, accuracy, and brand alignment, even under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with communications, HR, marketing, and executive teams to support a wide range of internal design needs (e.g., org announcements, event materials, system branding).
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers when necessary, ensuring print-ready files are delivered accurately and on time.
- Stay attuned to evolving executive communication styles and preferences, proactively offering design recommendations that enhance impact and clarity.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion, given the highly sensitive nature of executive content.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or similar.
- 10+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven excellence in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
- Proven time management and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficiency in programs including the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience designing highly impactful and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Examples of relevant work required.
