Job Summary
The Human Resources team at REVANCE is looking for an energized HR Operations Specialist to work with our team. This role will focus on HR systems support, data quality, reporting, audits and process improvement initiatives. You will partner with various functions and levels across the organization to provide operationally efficient solutions utilizing technology. As a critical member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting our onboarding initiatives and act as technical point of contact and subject matter expert that ensures data integrity, standardization of key processes and transactions.

Reporting to: Manager, HR Operations & Information Systems
Location: Nashville, TN preferred
Responsibilities/Essential Duties
- Responsible for administration and developing strategy of the onboarding process to enhance the new hire experience; conduct new hire orientation and ensure compliance in record keeping requirements including I-9.
- Administers background check process for full time employees and temporary contractors.
- Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
- Researches and resolves issues across HR applications.
- Participates in system related projects, and other project rollouts.
- Ensures data integrity by accurate employee record maintenance across HR systems, capturing all status changes, and performs regular audit procedures.
- Maintains reporting hierarchy and org chart generation and distribution process.
- Ensures timely and accurate employee transaction processing.
- Responsible for the administration of the employee offboarding processes.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years’ progressive experience working in an HRIS system (Workday, ADP, Oracle).
- Intermediate Excel experience working with large data sets utilizing formulas and pivot tables.
- Use rigorous logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.
- Focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive data.
- Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Experience with position management.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet.
- SHRM-CP/PHR/aPHR credential.
