Project Coordinator
Obsidian Manufacturing Industries, Inc. is seeking a responsible Project
Coordinator to administer and organize various types of projects, from
simple activities to more complex plans.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with
several teams within our facility to prepare comprehensive action plans,
including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will
perform various coordinating tasks, such as scheduling and risk
management discovery, along with administrative duties, such as
maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and
communication skills, as you will collaborate with customers and
internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Our Project Coordinator
is responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given
task are well organized. They communicate with management, sales,
purchasing, engineering and production teams to keep everyone on board
about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize
reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders.

- Monitor current projects and coordinate all stakeholders to keep
- Ensure project aligns with set strategy and budget
- Organize and plan meetings with managers; record minutes and take
- Arrange and manage team goals, project schedules, and new
- Communicate timeline changes and new information to stakeholders;
- Organize all project-related paperwork; ensure all materials needed
- Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements;

- Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines
