Job Summary & Deliverables
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a team or department and performs clerical, administrative, and customer service duties.

- Answers phone calls, emails, and Slack messages
- Greets and assists visitors
- Manages and coordinates administrative tasks, projects, and programs
- Coordinates communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Uses computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents
- Tracks process timelines and ensures task completion and follow-up
- Manages calendars and organizes meetings
- Provides support to leaders and employees as assigned
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Valley de-escalation certification as required by client interaction
- Two years of office / administrative experience
$15.25-$17.16
