Description

Job Summary

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ongoing maintenance and configuration to the Salesforce platform and will provide organization-wide support on day-to-day operations for internal customers. This role will partner closely with Sales, Support, IT, and other departments to drive best practices and improve efficiencies to further enhance our platform. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operations of the business.

Essential Duties

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration across the Salesforce platform.
  • Perform user and license management including user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups.
  • Maintain and improve data integrity by regularly monitoring and resolving data inaccuracies within the system.
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Support the design and configuration of system enhancements.
  • Support in 3rd party Salesforce integration efforts as needed.
  • Develop and maintain user resources as needed on existing and updated processes.
  • Work closely with users to provide regular user training to ensure best practices and monitor user adoption.
  • Stay up to date with all major Salesforce releases.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is expected as this is a full-time position.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Key Skills, Knowledge And Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce certified administrator (additional certifications are a plus)
  • Proficient in user management, custom objects, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validations, formulas, process automation tools (Flow and Process Builder), reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and practical knowledge on importing, exporting and ensuring data accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (experience in a support role is a plus)
  • Experience with integrated third-party applications including Gong, DocuSign, ChiliPiper, MileStones PM Plus, and Drift

Physical/Mental Requirements For The Job

  • Prolonged periods of sedentary movement
  • May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
  • Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel
