The Data Auditor is responsible for collecting, sorting, reconciling, evaluating, preparing and reporting all Helpline data daily for contract reports that will be distributed on a monthly, weekly, annual and fiscal year basis. May respond to people who call/chat/text the Helpline. Will customize reports for specific customer needs. The Data Auditor will assist in the training and mentoring of Helpline Trainees and lower-level Specialist; may represent the agency at public events promoting services, General work schedule will be 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm hours, may be scheduled to work holidays, weekends, mornings, evenings and night shifts as needed.

Duties:
- Collect, evaluate, and report all contact data for monthly, weekly, annual and fiscal year reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to Helpline Specialist and Helpline Specialist Trainees.
- Review all Intake forms from the previous day for data and reconcile. All intake forms will be reviewed, checked and reconciled (Intake summaries against what was entered in the computer) for accuracy then totaled. Notify employees of any intake discrepancies, errors, inaccurate or missing information. All data will be logged into and or exported to a preset format in Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with reviewing and emailing weekly intakes to contractors.
- Assist with mailing intakes to contractors when due. Prepare mail out information when requested
- Assist with collecting data to report to contractors daily.
- Completes follow ups and surveys when due.
- Assist with checking call, chat and text contacts daily for accuracy and compiles chat and text reports monthly.
- Assist with data collected and report out on a daily, monthly, weekly, fiscal and annual basis to all states and or programs we answer for.
- Is responsible for Quality Assurance of calls, chat and text and intakes.
- Adheres to all LACG Helpline policies and procedures.
- May provide administrative support to the Director of Helpline Services and/or designee.
- Maintains the confidentiality of contacts to the Helplines and all data.
- Answers calls to Helplines.
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Enter all the information into the computer program.
- Assist administrative staff as the need arise; make copies of mail out information, compiling information, mail runs when needed, etc.
- Any other job-related duties assigned by Director of Helpline Services and/or designee.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
- Must be able to maintain finger and wrist dexterity with repetitive movement.
- Must be able to analyze caller situations to determine policy-based action and be able to make appropriate referrals.
- Must be able to generate grammatically correct computer typed work.
- Must be able to complete essential duties and responsibilities with frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to work under difficult conditions.
- Must have the ability to read and learn policy and procedures.
- Must be able to speak clearly and effectively to callers, vendors and/or other employees.
- Must have the ability to learn computer software programs such as iCarol, FileMakerPro, PureConnect, Microsoft Word, Excel etc…
- Must be able to learn to operate a photocopier including the loading of copy paper and the printing of mail materials.
