Role Summary
Audi is seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Specialist to join the Audi Brand Marketing team. This person will play a role in developing and executing Audi’s social media strategy, managing campaign reporting and analytics and supporting the management of the team budget. They will work closely with the Social Media Lead, internal teams, agency partners and global partners to elevate Audi’s social media presence and deliver measurable results.

Role Summary
Audi is seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Specialist to join the Audi Brand Marketing team. This person will play a role in developing and executing Audi’s social media strategy, managing campaign reporting and analytics and supporting the management of the team budget. They will work closely with the Social Media Lead, internal teams, agency partners and global partners to elevate Audi’s social media presence and deliver measurable results.
Role Responsibilities
Social Media Execution: 40%
- Support the implementation of Audi’s social media strategy, working alongside the Social Media Lead, in alignment with brand goals and campaign objectives
- Manage the social content calendar and creative campaign timelines across owned social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads)
- Identify opportunities for innovation and engagement in social storytelling
- Able to keep up with the latest social media best practices, platform updates and automotive and premium competitor developments
- Steward of the Audi brand, ensuring social concepts are premium and on brand, providing input to agency partners where needed
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as sentiment and engagement using tools such as Khoros and Talkwalker along with native platform insights
- Review performance reports created by the agency and be able to extract and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and content strategy
- Support cross-functional coordination of social media projects from brief through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand marketing team goals
- Support the Social Media Lead in managing relationships with agency partners, production vendors and other external partners
- Track campaign asset delivery, managing internal approval process and go-live schedules
- Manage and monitor the social media budget ensuring alignment with agency partners
- Coordinate with finance teams to process and reconcile invoices and update department budget trackers
- Support the forecasting of future budget needs based on strategic and team priorities
- 5+ years’ experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within an agency or premium/luxury brand
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or another related field
- Expertise on social: knowledge and familiarity with social media and general understanding of marketing
- Strong communicator: excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
- Organized and proactive: self-motivated, solution oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and strategic: brings new ideas to the team and understands how to execute them
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices
- Creative mindset and is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools and interpreting data
- Experience managing budgets and working with finance systems
- Passion for automotive, innovation and premium brands is a plus
- Experience with social media analytics tools like Khoros/Talkwalker
- Travel up to 25% of the time is possible.
